Applying for coaching is the first step to working together.

This application helps ensure the right level of support based on your goals, schedule, training history, and current stress and recovery needs. Coaching is personalized and capacity-limited, so an application allows us to confirm fit before moving forward.

You will not be charged when you apply.

This Coaching Is a Good Fit If You:

  • Are a woman 40+ navigating perimenopause, menopause, or preparing for it

  • Want evidence-based strength training (not generic workouts)

  • Feel unsure how to train as your body and recovery change

  • Value structure, guidance, and sustainability

  • Prefer a strength-first, recovery-aware approach

This May Not Be the Right Fit If You’re Looking For:

  • Quick fixes or short-term challenges

  • High-intensity or exhaustion-driven workouts

  • Diet plans or weight-loss promises

  • Fully hands-off programming

Coaching Options

Coaching is offered in two formats:

In-Person Coaching
Hands-on support with real-time feedback, scheduled sessions, and in-room accountability.

Online Coaching
Fully individualized programming with ongoing oversight and flexibility to train on your own schedule.

The application will ask which option you’re interested in. If you’re unsure, that’s okay — we’ll help you decide.

Time & Financial Investment

Time Commitment

  • In-Person Coaching: 2 coached sessions/week + 1 programmed session/week

  • Online Coaching: 3 programmed sessions/week
    Most sessions take 45–60 minutes, with recovery-aware adjustments based on stress and sleep.

6 weeks — $1,500
12 weeks — $2,800

Online Coaching
6 weeks — $1,800
12 weeks — $2,800

Payment is only requested after acceptance into the program.

Note ONLINE programming is a larger time investment for personalized coaching. Pricing reflects this.
