I’ve spent the last 15 years coaching women through some of the most pivotal seasons of their lives. And if we’re being honest, women 40+ deserve better than generic programs that ignore how their bodies actually work.
Am I a woman? No. And I don’t pretend to know your lived experience.
What I do know is the science — and I’ve dedicated my career to mastering how strength training, nutrition, sleep, hormone support, and recovery work specifically for women in midlife.
My coaching approach is grounded in the research of Dr. Stacy Sims and other leaders advancing women-specific performance science. More importantly, it’s shaped by thousands of hours working with real women navigating perimenopause, menopause, fatigue, weight changes, hormone shifts, and major life transitions.
I’ve also walked my own hard path — addiction recovery, cancer, and rebuilding my life from the inside out. I know what it feels like to be lost, to want more, and to fight your way back stronger. That experience has shaped the way I coach, listen, and support the women I work with.
Women in midlife don’t need more workouts.
They need the right training, the right fuel, the right recovery, and a coach who sees the full picture.
My job is simple: to give you the structure, science, and support that finally makes your effort pay off.
