The 6-Week Strength Foundations Program is designed for women 40+ who want to get started the right way — with clarity, structure, and confidence.

This program focuses on establishing the core pillars that support strength and wellness in midlife: proper training, nutrition basics, sleep, and recovery. Using evidence-based principles inspired by Dr. Stacy Sims’ research and my research and experience, we shift away from generic workouts and outdated advice and toward an approach that works with your physiology.

Over six weeks, we focus on:

  • Learning how to strength train appropriately for your body and this season of life

  • Building confidence with heavier, intentional lifting

  • Establishing nutrition fundamentals that support muscle, energy, and recovery

  • Improving sleep and daily routines that influence hormones and stress

  • Creating consistency without overwhelm

This program is ideal if you’re feeling stuck, unsure where to start, or ready to move beyond group fitness or trial-and-error routines. Many women use the 6-week program as a starting point before continuing into longer-term coaching.

Coaching is available in-person, hybrid, or online, with personalized guidance and support throughout.

We will start with a consultation to determine your program fit and needs.

Pricing varies on needs for 2 to 3 times a week. In-person, hybrid, or online sessions.
